Our butcher shop is built on the foundations of supporting local agriculture, providing healthy food for our community, educating and engaging our customers in the many aspects of sustainable farming and whole animal butchery, and doing all of it with a smile.

It's no secret that the meat from our shop tastes better than anything you'll find in grocery stores. But that's not the only reason you like shopping with us. When you buy meat from Left Bank Butchery you're supporting our commitment to whole animal butchery and in return, helping to cultivate a system of progressive, local farms that are practicing sustainable agriculture at the highest level.
That's why we're now making it easier than ever to support this system! Butcher Boxes include a variety of steaks, chops, sausages, broths, and more. Each box contains the following:

Every box is packed with at least $150 worth of product, but costs only $120. Purchase your box online and then swing by the shop in Saxapahaw, Chapel Hill or the Carborro Farmer’s Market to pick it up.
