Hours and Locations
Left Bank Butchery (Storefront)
We're located in the old “drug room” of the mill (where dyes were mixed). We love for folks to come hang out at the shop. You’ll find plenty of books to inspire meals, riveting conversations, and above-average music.
Thursday & Friday: 11-7
**HOLIDAY HOURS - closed December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st and January 1st. We will be open regular hours for all other days.**
Blue Dogwood Public Market
Left Bank is now in Chapel Hill! Located inside the Blue Dogwood Public Market, all of our delicious fresh meats and charcuterie are available Wednesday through Sunday. Working with local farms and vendors, the space will also feature a rotating sandwich menu, sharing plates and other ready to eat items.
Monday & Tuesday: Closed
**HOLIDAY HOURS - closed December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st and January 1st. Stay tuned for Blue Dogwood’s hours between Christmas and the new year.**
Carrboro Farmer’s Market
We look forward to bringing our mobile butcher trailer to the Carrboro Farmer's Market Wednesdays (3:00-6:00) and Saturdays (7-12) between April and October, and on Saturdays (9-12) from November to March. Because of the rules of the market, we will only sell product from Cane Creek Farm. Due to limited space on our mobile butcher trailer, if you have a special request, please email ahead of time and we can bring it to market. Again, we will only sell product from Cane Creek Farm at market.
The Saxapahaw Farmers Market and Music Series ("Saturdays in Saxapahaw") is a highlight of the summer. Come listen to great bands every Saturday (5-8), do some shopping with area farmers, have a glass of wine on the hill, and grab a sausage sandwich from our cart!
During the rest of the year, we also run the cart for shows at the Haw River Ballroom. The Ballroom is one of the best sounding and beautiful venues you find anywhere, and they continue to book wonderful shows. Ah, we love them!
The Eddy Pub
Left Bank Butchery was hatched from inside The Eddy, and we’re thrilled to have them as neighbors and collaborators. Find out what makes The Eddy Pub the real deal when it comes to Farm-to-Fork eating. Located beside Left Bank, Chef Isaiah and the crew have a constantly changing menu using meat from Left Bank and the freshest local ingredients. With a warm and beautiful atmosphere, delicious Farm-to-Fork meals, a gorgeous view over the Haw River, and a comradery fitting of the word “pub”- The Eddy is truly a special place.
