The Levity of Turkey Orders

You're still grilling out, mowing your grass, enjoying evenings on the porch as the days light still lingers late into the day. Meanwhile at the shop, we are doing back of the napkin math and racking our meat-addled brains to figure out how many turkeys to order. Yes, it seems early but the time has come. Turkey numbers arrive to us early and we have to figure out our allocations and then pass that jarring timeline on to you! You're welcome! With that said, the Thanksgiving order form is now live and we, as always, will have a limited number of turkeys available. Per usual, we will be sourcing birds from Joyce Farms and will be offering their white turkeys and heritage breed turkeys. If you would like something with a higher proportion of dark meat and a more traditional structure, the heritage turkeys are a fantastic choice. In our experience sourcing from Joyce, the white turkeys are traditional and excellent!

Along with turkeys, we have a limited quantity of hams available as well. These will go quick so let us know early if you would like one. As in years past, we are taking deposits for turkeys which will be taken off your tab when you pick up.

We honestly get really excited about the holidays. Whether you are someone who pops in every week to stock your fridge or just make a special trip a few times a year for the holidays, we are happy to see you and happy you choose us.
