We try our hardest to fulfill your order. Because of our nose-to-tail approach to using the whole animal (and thus minimizing waste), we only have so much of each cut, each week. The earlier in the week that you order, the better chance that we can fill your order.

After we have received your order request we will email you if we are unable to fill your order. Please call the shop with any questions or late requests- 336-525-2092. We're here to help!
