Happy Father's Day!
We're going to be brief this time around as we coast into Father's Day and a break from a very busy week. We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback, support and kudos for our Butcher Club Memberships. We've got an exciting sausage next week, the pickled shiitake. It's something we came up with a couple months ago and we are excited to share it with you. Let us know if there is anything we've forgotten about that you would like to see.
