Wiped Out
I was telling someone the other day that I don't even think about something being a holiday at the shop unless it's Thanksgiving or Christmas. If we aren't bringing in triple the number of animals, we just sort of assume a normal week. I should probably do a little more mental prep next year before Easter because you folks graciously wiped us out. We brought in an abundance of product and you seemed to have a keen interest in all of it. Thanks!

We're finalizing our plans for the summer menu at Saturday's in Saxapahaw and will tell you all about that next week. It's going to be themed! And not themed like we're going to have multicolored meats or be wearing costumes, themed in a sophisticated and eloquent way (as sophisticated as Alamance county zoning ordinances allow).
